Sometimes all you need is a little taste to tide you over! That’s why we’ve compiled a few of our favorite easy slider recipes to serve up at your next gathering. Whether you’re looking for something classic or a little spicy, we’ve got you covered (in cheese). We love serving our Pfaelzer Brothers’ sliders because you can cook up a variety of delectable bite-sized flavors to mix, match, and serve. There’s a little something for everyone to enjoy— even the pickiest eaters. Now, it’s time to fire up the grill and try these three deliciously different flavors.

Easy Slider Recipes

We’ve done some serious taste-testing for you and have created three easy slider recipes in this post:

Garlic Toasted Slider Recipe

Ingredients:

Burgers

Buns

  • 4 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp of minced fresh garlic
  • 12 burger buns

Directions

  1. Thaw the sliders overnight in the refrigerator
  2. Open the package and let the sliders sit out for 30 minutes at room temperature before placing them on a hot grill
  3. Mix the garlic and butter in a small saucepan until it starts to simmer
  4. Remove the garlic and butter from heat and set aside
  5. Cook each slider on the grill for 3 minutes on each side (an internal temperature of 165 F)
  6. Remove sliders from grill and let them cool for a minute
  7. Put the bottom buns and burgers in a bake safe dish
  8. Place Hickory Farms Farmhouse Cheddar on top of the sliders
  9. Place the top of the buns on the burgers and lightly coat the buns with the garlic butter mix
  10. Bake for 5 minutes in the oven at 350 F until lightly golden
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool
  12. Serve and enjoy!

Beer Cheese + Crispy Onions Slider Recipe

Ingredients:

Beer Cheese

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ bottle beer
  • 4 oz Hickory Farms Farmhouse Cheddar, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon Hickory Farms Sweet Hot Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce

Crispy Onions

  • 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Oil (for frying)

Burger

  • 12 (2.67 oz.) Ultimate Beef Sliders
  • 12 burger buns

Directions:

  1. Thaw the sliders overnight in the refrigerator
  2. Open the package and let the sliders sit out for 30 minutes at room temperature before placing them on a hot grill
  3. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat
  4. Whisk in flour until a smooth paste forms
  5. Pour beer into saucepan, whisking constantly
  6. Add shredded Hickory Farms Farmhouse Cheddar to the beer sauce, a little at a time, whisking until a smooth sauce forms
  7. Remove sauce from heat and stir in Hickory Farms Sweet Hot Mustard and hot sauce
  8. Cover the bottom of a small skillet with oil over medium high heat
  9. Whisk together an egg and milk in a small bowl
  10. In another small bowl, whisk together flour, chili powder, salt and pepper
  11. Working in small batches, dip onion slices into egg mixture, then coat in flour mixture
  12. Shake off excess flour and then place in oil and fry, turning once, until golden brown
  13. Drain the onions on a paper towel
  14. Repeat steps 11 through 13 with remaining onion slices
  15. Cook each slider for 3 minutes on each side (cook to an internal temperature of 165 F)
  16. Place burger patty on bun
  17. Top with beer cheese and crispy onions
  18. Serve and enjoy!

Southwest Slider Recipe

Ingredients:

Avocado Salsa

  • 2 large vine-ripened tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/3 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/2 jalapeño, finely diced (seeded and ribs removed)
  • 1.5 ripe avocados (pitted), large dice
  • 1/4 cup packed cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Burger

  • 12 (2.67 Oz.) Ultimate Beef Sliders
  • 12 burger buns
  • 4 oz Hickory Farms Jalapeño & Cheddar Blend

Directions:

  1. Thaw the sliders overnight in the refrigerator
  2. Open the package and let the sliders sit out for 30 minutes at room temperature before placing them on a hot grill
  3. Combine the tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt
  4. Gently stir in avocado chunks and cilantro
  5. Cook each slider for 3 minutes on each side (cook to an internal temperature of 165 F)
  6. Place burgers on buns and add Hickory Farms Jalapeño & Cheddar Blend
  7. Add a large spoonful of avocado salsa on top of each slider
  8. Serve and enjoy!
