Prosecco cocktail in champagne flutes with lemons

Lemon Prosecco Sparkler

Brighten up your table with a hint of lemon! Our lemon prosecco sparker is a fresh take on the prosecco cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 cups cold water
  • 1 cup water
  • 750 ml La Fornarina Prosecco (chilled)
  • 1 cup lemon juice

Directions

  1. Make a simple syrup by adding the sugar and water to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat
  2. Stir mixture until the sugar dissolves, turn the heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes
  3. Set aside to cool
  4. Pour cold water and lemon juice into a large pitcher
  5. Add the simple syrup and lemon slices (stir well)
  6. Pour the lemon mixture 1/2 to 2/3 of the way into champagne flutes (or glasses)
  7. Fill and top off with champagne
  8. Garnish rim with lemon wedge

Raspberry Prosecco Sparkler

Berries and bubbles make a delicious and delightful combination. Add this raspberry sparkler with our chocolate covered strawberries to create an elegant dessert pairing.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup blackberries, plus 8 more for garnish
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 750 ml La Fornarina Prosecco (chilled)
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the raspberries, water, and sugar to a boil
  2. Turn the heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes
  3. Strain blackberries and let syrup cool
  4. Add 2 tbsp. of syrup to the bottom of each glass
  5. Fill the remainder of glass with prosecco
  6. Add a sprig of thyme and a few raspberries
