Fig Flatbread Recipe

Fig Flatbread with Prosciutto, Arugula, and Goat Cheese


  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • One 12-ounce thin pizza crust
  • 2 jars Hickory Farms Simply Fig Chutney
  • 2 ounces prosciutto
  • 4 oz. goat cheese
  • Handful of arugula (to taste)


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a nonstick skillet and sauté the onion, stir occasionally, until it starts to turn golden
  2. Preheat the oven to 450°F
  3. Roll out the pizza crust on a non stick pan
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil on the dough and cover with Hickory Farms Simply Fig Chutney
  5. Arrange the cooled onions, prosciutto, and goat cheese on top of the fig spread
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes (or until crust is golden brown)
  7. Remove and add arugula and drizzle with olive oil
  8. Bake for another 5 minutes
  9. Remove from oven and enjoy

Prosciutto, Arugula, and Fig Sandwich Recipe

Prosciutto, Arugula, and Fig Sandwich

  • 1 baguette
  • 3/4 cup (6 oz.) soft fresh goat cheese
  • 1 jar of Hickory Farms Simply Fig Chutney
  • 1/2 lb sliced prosciutto
  • 1 handful of arugula leaves (approximately 10-15 leaves)


  1. Cut baguette into desired length
  2. Spread goat cheese on one side of bread
  3. Spread Hickory Farms Simply Fig Chutney on top of goat cheese
  4. Add arugula
  5. Add prosciutto
  6. Serve and enjoy

Pork Loin Stuffed with Figs, Spinach, and Goat Cheese Recipe

Pork Loin Stuffed with Figs, Spinach, and Goat Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Filet the tenderloin and lay out on a cutting board, using a meat tenderized; pound until ¼ to 1/2 inch thick
  3. Season both sides with generous amount salt and pepper
  4. Spread Hickory Farms Simply Fig Chutney on entire surface of one side of the tenderloin
  5. Top the fig with a layer of spinach leaves and sprinkle the goat cheese on top
  6. Tightly roll the tenderloin and secure with kitchen twine
  7. Optional: Garnish top with TE Candied Oranges
  8. Place the pork in a casserole dish or foil-lined baking sheet
  9. Cook for 45 to 60 minutes, or until thermometer in the middle of the meat reads 150°F
  10. Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes and remove twine
  11. Cut into 1 1/2 to 2 inch slices and garnish with additional figs or oranges, if desired
